Murder and Mayhem

When her sister is diagnosed with breast cancer, Bethany flies from her home in Sydney, Australia to San Francisco, where Rosemary lives. To take her sister's mind off the daily radiotherapy treatment and debilitating side-effects of chemotherapy, Bethany decides to write a murder mystery novel. What ensues is the witty tale of the sisters writing the book, the characters in the book, and the people in the hospital waiting room who think the sisters are plotting murder.
