Muse

Every story ever conceived was first lived by a muse, and Mina is just starting out. A new muse arrives in the Dreamlands with three things: a magic Book, a supernaturally keen sense of smell, and the instinct to find a story worth writing. When her mentor invites her to visit the Faelands, Mina finds herself involved in a royal scandal. Shade, the faerie court executioner, stands accused of kidnapping (and possibly murdering) his king. Together, she and her frightening new ally must find the missing king and restore balance to the faerie court before Equinox, or face the wrath of their powerful queen.
