Even before recorded history, humanity has grown on the surface. Civilizations have risen to become the most powerful force on earth, only to crumble to dust under their own weight. It has taken thousands of years, but earth has finally united into a single nation. The Universal Peace Alliance has become an all-knowing force that seeks to oppose their rule.
