Information presented in this book is applicable to almost all ASQ certification tracks. Except for the section on HACCP which is HACCP Auditor specific, candidates of CQA, CSSBB and CQPA should go through all sections as part of their exam prep effort. CSSBB candidates must know 6 Sigma and DMAIC inside and out. CQA candidates must pay attention to audit procedures and techniques. ASQ has a new CQA BOK which is effective starting from December 2012. The changes, however, are primarily on the rearrangement and repositioning of the knowledge items. The actual material covered is mostly the same as those listed in the previous BOK version.
