Grandsite: A novel of transitions

Grandsite is a city reborn, it was destroyed by religious and racial fighting but is being brought back to life by the Blackbird Queen and her murderous sister Sasha Vaporsteps. New races flock to the city from all over the world when they hear of the Blackbird Queen's plan for everyone to be welcome in her city. There are jobs, food and homes enough for everyone. There are also enough chances for crime to keep Sasha happy.
