We must welcome noble thoughts from all sides, gather and use relevant knowledge which will help us to utilize our body, mind and intellect as vital resources. Together with spirituality as a source of strength we must strive hard to reach the goal of attaining a calm mind which is ultimate happiness. Remember, happiness is your birthright.
