Study Guide for the United States Patent & Trademark Office Patent Attorney Exam

After failing the USPTO Patent Attorney examination 3 times using three different commercial study courses, author created his own study outline in 2013 and then used it to successfully pass the examination on the fourth try. Author has updated his study outline to the Manual of Patent Examining and Procedure Revision 9 which the USPTO adopted in 2014 and now makes it available to students preparing for the latest version of the examination.
