The facts and information have been gathered here for you. Prostate cancer is the most common type of cancer found in American men, other than skin cancer. About 1 man in 7 will get prostate cancer during his lifetime. Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in men, behind only lung cancer. About 1 man in 38 will die of this disease. But this don't have to be your result. It can be prevented, if you get checked! In addition to this, there are other pains of our past that can result in destructive behaviors if they're not dealt with. My goal for this book is to give you the information via my journey of surviving this disease, combat and overcoming pains of the past so that you have the power to cure your life of strife and pain, gain the power to see and understand that your careless actions can and have hurt people.
