This book of art and inspirational verse is intended to help us: remove fears to being present, gain the courage to be openly enthusiastic about our passions, discover truth, and give ourselves permission to choose fun every day and remove the word “should” from our vocabulary. It is set-up as a journal with room for notes and affirmations.
