Pick Me Up

We all need an emotional ‘Pick Me Up’ now and again, it’s part of the human condition. And, like bathing, we need to do it regularly so the effect doesn’t wear off, and that’s where this book comes in. It is 365 pages of life-affirming, thought-provoking, smile-making, anecdotes, quotes, thoughts and quips, so you have one for each day of the year. However, should you want to, just flick through at random and land on a page, or pick a page number based on the date, or a personal number that means something to you. How you use the book is your choice, but please use it, as it was written with you in mind. I have a lot of books that I use this way, and I call them my ‘Coffee Table’ books because that’s where they reside.
