The third book in the West Coast Connection Series. Jen lost two mares and two foals as a result of the earthquake, but there were more positives than negatives. Jen consolidated her horse-breeding business, and began to import colts and females from the US. In 1994 she made her first personal visit to the States, met an American Indian and offered him a job in NZ within three years. It happened in less than two, and Zeb became a valued member of the staff at Blue Ridge. Alan accompanied Jen on the next visit, and they added two weeks for their own enjoyment. The children grew up, Caitlyn aiming to one day take Jen's place in the horse-breeding venture.
