A series of four pubic lectures given by John Bennett to describe his visits with the great Indian sage known as the Shivapuri Baba (1826-1963). Teachings are presented which shed new light on traditional themes, and the Shivapuri Baba's formulation of Three Disciplines - Spiritual, Moral and Physical, are expanded in terms of the modern Western world.
