Introduction to the Law of Corporations: Cases and Materials

This casebook is intended for an introductory course in the law of corporations. It covers the relevant Delaware statutory provisions as well as the most important Delaware case law, especially those cases related to the fiduciary duties of directors. This casebook is an experiment using the H2O platform of Harvard's Berkman Center. It is intended to be used as the main casebook for an introductory course on the law of corporations.
