Manson Girl : The True Story of Mary Brunner

In 1965, twenty-three-year old Mary Brunner was out walking her poodle in California, when she met a man almost ten years her senior. The pair immediately hit it off and soon the man moved in to her apartment. This story would have been a typical love story and the pair would have disappeared into relative obscurity, had it not been for a few details; the man was the soon to be infamous Charles Manson and Mary Brunner would go on to become the first member of Charles Manson's commune inspired 'family'; the Manson Family.
