Brentwood High's news crew doesn't have anything to report on until it's spelled out for them on the walls of their high school. Graffiti has begun to appear along with some shady characters, and one of them is a new guy from the Last Chance Ranch, a boys' correctional facility outside of Brentwood. When Izzy and Shane's research at the ranch uncovers more than a few surprises, the team finds themselves in the middle of a messy situation.
Right or wrong, graffiti is against school rules, and innocent people are being blamed. Will the true vandals be caught?
