Wilms Tumor: Clinical and Molecular Characterization (Molecular Biology Intelligence Unit)

This book describes the clinical pathologic and molecular genetic features that characterize Wilms tumor, the most common renal tumor of infancy. The heterogeneity observed at the clinical pathologic level is also seen at the molecular genetic level. This suggests that the molecular events leading to Wilms tumor are complex but at the same time provide a paradigm for other embryonal and adult malignancies.
