Wiring : Basic and Advanced Projects

This is a good book with basic information helpful to anyone involved in doing electrical work. It would be good for the beginner just starting out or as a general reference manual. The information is basic and assumes no previous knowledge of electricity on the reader's part. The book does not go into great detail on any subject instead the author tries to cover as many electrical topics as possible common to most people.
