Rainbows End

Young widow, Prue Jamison saw a rainbow that stretched all the way from Boston to the newly discovered gold fields in California. Prue needed a new place to live and there was nothing newer than San Francisco. Ex Captain Beau Graham wanted no part of a woman who would venture around Cape Horn without an escort.
