2006 Workplace Diversity and Changes to the EEO-1 Process (Shrm Research)

Human resource managers' perspectives on company diversity are presented and interpreted in this report. Based on a survey of the most commonly used practices for recruiting and training diverse job candidates, the report also seeks to interpret future trends and analyze the overall impact of diversity on corporate cultures and bottom lines. Responses to questions about changes in the EEO-1 reporting form are incorporated into the discussion.
