A friendly day at open market turns sinister when the military starts rounding up young children for "Special Training." Butterfly's (a friend of Tiger Yin) little brother is one of the unlucky children but Tiger Yin steps up to rescue him. This leads to an all out war with the evil Single-Minded Arhat!
