Bed, Breakfast and Beware

Murder? Vandals? Love? Hallie doesn't expect any of that when she goes to help English cousins rehab the small hotel they just bought. She hardly arrives before Rose's husband is almost killed, and Hallie finds herself running their present hotel while Rose is at his hospital bedside in another town.

Soon Hallie fears she brought trouble on all of them by rescuing a dumped dog or recognizing a valuable ring amid junk jewelry. Both houses are vandalized and she is shoved down steep dark stairs. Romance? Hallie didn't anticipate that---until she and Alun work together to rehab the new hotel, clean up after the vandals--and solve the mystery.
