Falsely accused, guilty forever...

Suppose you were accused of a crime you did not commit. Now suppose your entire life activities were suspended until the allegations could be investigated. Finally suppose the accusation was proven false, but it still managed to ruin your reputation for the rest of your life... This is the story of a priest that had been falsely accused of sexual wrongdoings. Even before found innocent he was already being treated as guilty... something that would mark his soul forever. This story also illustrates what fabricated cases have done to innocent priests and raises some very poignant questions about our attitudes and perceptions as a community.
