Puzzled by Math!: Using Puzzles to Teach Math Skills

Puzzled by Math! offers a collection of mathematical equations, knowledge, and skills in puzzle form. Gifted and advanced learners will enjoy solving the math problems on all four sides of the squares to fit the pieces of each puzzle together. The self-paced, independent activities found in this activity book provide students the opportunity to progress at their own pace to acquire and practice increasingly more difficult math skills. Standards-based content addresses addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and algebra. Thirty-five exciting and challenging puzzles are included, as well as suggestions for using the material as a classroom learning center.
