Everyday Food takes a close look at foods that we eat and the part they play in our lives. It investigates how they are made or where they are grown, how we cook them and what scientific processes happen when we do. We visit the factories to see how they are made on a large scale and look at food being eaten around the world. A recipe helps children to become familiar with these foods.
