It was typed in typing class, and written in shorthand pads, (some of these, were even written in short hand and deciphered more than forty years later.) Some verses were written on the back of guest checks, on bands of loose leaf paper and even on back of business cards. They were written on white paper used to set pieces of cheese on, on the out side orange paper, which cheese was wrapped in; covers of note book pads, voucher slips, small scrapes and what ever was handy.
I wrote everywhere and anywhere, as poetry came to me and still do. These days, I often write on the backs of envelopes and on grocery slips.
These are poems, I’ve enjoyed writing and hope that you the reader will find enjoyment in reading them.
