This book focuses on the need for organisations to develop beyond best practice, six sigma andlean manufacturing towards zero management learning organisations. It explains how this can be achieved utilising the twin dynamic of organisational learning and company wide knowledge diffusion initiatives. It also reflects the complexity and subtlety of organisational behaviour in general and organisational learning in particular.
