COTrain Computer Lessons for the Beginner contains 200 basic and easy lessons to learn how to use a computer. The course includes an illustrated guide and simulated software (CD-ROM) that can be watched over and over again to demonstrate the program. The format is developed in a question and answer form that allows a new user to learn based on what type of task they are trying to do rather then go through tedious volumes of information.
