Southern Voices

Born and raised in Natchez, Mississippi, Robert is a former chief-of-staff in the Louisiana Division of the Sons of Confederate Veterans. He most recently served as commander of the Army of Trans-Mississippi, Military Order of the Stars and Bars. Crook is the author of a historically based novel, Honor Kept—Duty Done, the story of his great, great-grandfather and the 8th Mississippi Infantry Regiment.
