We stand at an important crossroads. Countless people have stopped attempting to achieve the great things they were made to do. We believe this is a problem. Fear's affects are no longer trivial. In fact Fear has grown to the point where it is a major control mechanism world- wide. Now more than ever, Wherever you live, whatever you do, whatever your politics or your faith, Fear is affecting you. It affects our present, our future, and the lives of those who will follow behind us. IT IS FOR THIS VERY REASON THAT WE BELIEVE THE COST IS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE. Having worked with thousands of people in our respective fields, we have chosen to explore the dynamics of fear and what it would take to manage and overcome it. "How does fear show up in our lives?" "Are we and our loved ones being tricked into actually stopping living the lives they were made to live?" "What does it take to identify and conquer fear?" "Is this even possible?" Questions like these have become our driving passion. What we have learned is that facing, confronting and overcoming fear is absolutely necessary to a fulfilled, accomplished life. People usually, have a quick thought or two about fear and quickly move past it. We are different because, we want to stay right here and drill down on this One thing, Fear. WHAT WOULD YOU DO TODAY IF YOU IF FEAR HAD NO SAY? You see, Our Core Beliefs are pretty simple, 1. We believe, that YOU were made to do GREAT things! 2. The thing stopping you from becoming who you are made to be is NOT your talent, education, personality type, strength set or upbringing. 3. The thing stopping you is Fear, and we believe, we can help you dismantle it. In fact we believe you're better without it.... Quite honestly, we are out to do 4 things, to help everyday people like you and me Discern, Dissect, Dismantle, and Discard fear. THE FEAR KILLER IS ABOUT BRINGING GOD'S PROMISES TO BEAR ON ONE THING. THAT ONE THING IS FEAR, AND WE BELIEVE YOU'RE BETTER WITHOUT IT. Kevin Shrum lived like you. He has been a teenager, is a husband, dad and pastor. teens hang out in his house far too often. He cares about you and how fear has affected your life. His publisher is making him tell you he is a Dr. and has a Divinity degree and serves as the pastor of Inglewood Baptist Church. Kevin doesn't really care about all of that. John Pisciotta is the Creative guy for Ripcord Entertain- ment, an Award winning record producer, and business owner, who has helped hundreds of artists, bands, writ- ers, and thinkers. He loves to multiply talent where ever he is and see people leave fear far behind.
