A Special Visit to the Park

Betty Schiefelbein is a native North Carolinian. She attended St. Andrews Presbyterian College, earning her B.A. in social studies, then Appalachian State University to study library sciences. After her husband’s twenty-two years of Marine Corps service, the Schiefelbein family resides in eastern North Carolina. They enjoy family, friends, traveling and the freedoms granted by the sacrifices of veterans throughout history.
