They do not profess to have all of the answers, rather they seek to point hurting people to the One who does. Rick and Penny understand the need a hurting person has for someone to listen during the storms of life when losing one's way becomes a painful reality, not an allegory. As a result, they have a desire to minister to those who are faced with navigating the maze of grief so they too can find that "...weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning - Ps. 30:5 KJV.
