SimProject Version 2.0 Passcode Access Card

SimProject brings together all of the elements of project management into a detailed and challenging Web-based environment. Working in teams or alone, players make decisions that bring the project from start-up to completion, learning about personnel selection and training, motivation, conflict management, and stakeholder management in the process. As each decision-making round is completed, the consequences of players' decisions are shown in the process of their virtual teams. The topics covered match the Project Management Institute's Body of Knowledge, ensuring players become versed in the skills deemed necessary by the industry's leading professional organization.
