Psalms Night and Day (Marquette Studies in Theology)

An overview of the Psalter as well as a reading of several Psalms, this study is an invitation to examine the words of praise in all that they express about desire, doubt, supplication and salvation. Night and day, the Psalms offer their words to us as they did to Jesus when he taught about their fulfillment, experienced profound sadness or sensed their truth for his life and death and, ultimately, for our own.
