This comprehensive book is authored by The Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee of the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice. It serves as an easy reference for industry members, insurance representatives, adjusters, and attorneys on the types, measures, and general standards on damages, and can be used for all states and the District of Columbia.

Each chapter provides a summary of the requirements for each state and at times, where relevant and space limitations allowed, the authors also address other issues pertinent to this topic.
