Journal for Kids

A child can greatly benefit from having a journal. A journal is a safe place where a child can share their thoughts about how they are feeling without being judged. Keeping a journal is a great way for a child to work on their written communication skills outside of school. By developing these skills at an early age, a child may do better in their classes. If a child discovers they really enjoy writing in a journal, they might be interested in pursuing a career as a writer. Being able to write well is a very useful skill in life.
