This long-popular constitutional law casebook has added two new co-authors for its newest (12th) new edition, Michael Dorf and Frederick Schauer, who have brought deep background and rich insight in helping to bring the book thoroughly up to date. In preparing the new edition, the authors have retained the basic format of prior editions, but have added new cases and re-edited old ones to ensure coverage of important topics in manageable numbers of pages.
