A fly-on-the-wall documentary team is recruiting in a seedy neighborhood. They assemble an extraordinary company: a glamorous transsexual and a tattooed hunk; a sexy schoolgirl and a drug dealer; two devious queens with a commanding view of their neighbors, plus all the desperate folk who'll do anything for a wad of cash and 15 minutes of fame.
