In 1807, life was much harsher than it is today. There was no welfare state, and if you were old and frail and had no money, life was terribly cruel. It was in these conditions that The Aged Pilgrims Friend Society was born. Caring for the elderly has never had the popular appeal of other causes, yet God has promised that he will take care of his children, right through to old age.
