The Fairies of King Oak: For Children of All Ages Whoe Belive in Fairies

It's the day after a storm and the fairies of King Oak are busily repairing the damage it left in its wake and tending to the injured flora and fauna under their care. For all fairies are sworn to protect nature and the living world. Neither their king, Thymus, nor his lieutenants can ever remember such a fierce storm hitting their fair land. Yet Stratus, an old and wise seer, brings warning of a storm more vicious than the last a tempest that will bring with it floods and devastation. And by his calculations it will hit in a matter of days. Horrified, Thymus and his people scramble to get their land prepared, fortifying the trees and hillsides to prevent landslides and flood damage and securing safe havens for the animals and birds. But they aren't the only ones the fairies of Spinney Beck need their help, too! Could this be the end for the tranquil existence of the King Oak fairies? Or will the fairies be able to weather the storm?
