This is the 8th edition of the international directory of religious communities throughout the Anglican Communion along with feature articles, news and reviews. This new edition explores the explosion of interest in 'New Monasticism' and the numerous groups that are springing up in many parts of the world under the direction of traditional monastic communities. Consisting of a complete directory of religious communities throughout the world (now extended to include details of oblates, tertiaries and other associate groups) it gives information on retreat accommodation, times of services and community wares. News features and articles give a vivid picture of the Franciscans, Benedictines and other religious orders who form a spiritual core to the worldwide Anglican church.
