This work deals with European Community law and is intended for the use of those whose experience covers the range from tertiary college stage through to postgraduate and professional levels. It is set out in four parts: the first deals with the European Community and Community law; the second addresses the nature and effects of Community law; the third covers aspects of community economic and social law; and the fourth examines remedies and enforcement of Community law.
