This is the story of a one hundred year old Incan Elder, Amaru Cusiyupanqui, who journeyed out of a hidden village within the Andes in order to teach the sacred history and wisdom of the ancient Incas to Anton Ponce de Leon Paiva. The book recounts the magical week they spent together in the Andes.
