Meditations for Resting in God: From A Course in Miracles

The first meditation here is based on Course in Miracles Workbook Lesson #109, "I rest in God." It is a "down and inward" meditation in which you go to the quiet center deep in your mind. The second meditation is based on Workbook Lesson #183, "I call upon God's Name and on my own." It consists of repeating the Name of God in order to invite Him into your mind. Both meditations are designed to facilitate the experience that the lesson is aiming for.
