The 3rd Edition of the book by Dr. Yoram Avnimelech that reviewed the state-of-the-art and status of biofloc technology in aquaculture. The first two editions quickly sold out, so a corrected and expanded second edition has been published. In the preface to the third edition Dr. Avnimelech says: "In writing this book I tried to have a conversation with the reader, to communicate in a way that will help the reader understand the story of biofloc technology, simplify explanations and minimize usage of complex technical terms."
