Mandolin Improvisation Basics DVD & Book

Mandolin Improvisation DVD by Brad Laird is a collection of six 20-25 minute video lessons that shows mandolinists how to create their own solos, either in jam sessions or with a band. There's currently nothing on the market like this. The student will learn how to use pentatonic scales to solo over major & minor chords, add blues notes for more exciting solos, and play licks & solos in new keys. The two hour DVD comes with a 20 page booklet containing notation and tab for all of the music.
