This guide provides the international practitioner and in-house counsel with a broad legal overview of the PFI/PPP Projects sector in different international jurisdictions. It is divided into two main sections: One general chapter. This reviews a particular move in the English jurisdiction towards the batching together of PFI/PPP Projects. Country question and answer chapters. These provide answers for 16 jurisdictions to a set of questions (in 9 topic areas) relating to the PFI/PPP Projects sector.
