The building price book is compiled from the latest up-to-date industry data. It focuses predominantly on new build, with the Minor Works volume suited for projects upto approximately GBP0.5m and Major Works volume covering projects up to approximately GBP1.5m. It includes: approximately 11,000 fully updated material prices; almost 50,000 built-up work items; nearly 5,000 approximate estimating prices; and, the latest BCIS costs per square metre.
