Sacramental Journey: First Holy Communion: Lessons for Teachers and Parish Catechists

Sacramental Journey is a catechetical resource to help teachers, children and families prepare for, understand and celebrate the Sacraments of Reconciliation (First Confession), Confirmation and First Communion. It is designed to be used in schools, parishes and home settings. This Sacramental preparation programme has been written in accordance with the Scottish Roman Catholic syllabus which was granted the decree of "Recognitio" by the Holy See in 2011. 'Sacramental Journey' has been granted a Nihil Obstat & Imprimatur (2013).Sacramental Journey: First Holy Communion is in three volumes: Lessons for Teachers and Parish Catechists; Class Activity Book for Children; and Guidance for Parents and Activities for Children. This volume is 'Lessons for Teachers and Parish Catechists'. It is designed to assist teachers and parish catechists in teaching pupils about the Sacraments, with main teaching points and detailed lessons.
