The Proving Ground

The goal for every believer is to pass the test. Testing always precedes promotion. Life is similar. God will require each of us to prove our potential at one level before being promoted to the next. Promotion is not based upon favoritism or prejudice. Promotion is based totally on what God observes of our conduct and behavior through each test in our lives.
