I had become aware of and concerned in recent years about the number of friends and acquaintances who were being savagely victimized by the women in their lives. Premature deaths, extra-marital affairs (with tragic consequences for husbands and children), false allegations that destroyed lives, physical and mental abuse, excessive and uncontrolled spending that jeopardized families? finances, and humiliating and embarrassing incidents in public are just some of what I saw or was told about. In virtually all of these cases, the victims were God-fearing, family-loving and hard-working men?the individuals to whom this book is dedicated.
